Background
About Noam Glick
Noam Glick built his foundation across disciplines — earning a degree in economics and environmental studies from UC Santa Cruz, then a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan. He went on to work as an environmental policy consultant in Washington D.C. before deciding to pursue his true passion: advocacy through law.
In 2007, Noam graduated cum laude — top 10% — from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles on a full-ride scholarship, where he served as editor of the Loyola Law Review. He then completed a prestigious federal clerkship with the Honorable Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, before joining some of the most respected defense firms in the country.
In 2014, Glick made a defining decision: he left the defense world and founded Glick Law Group to represent employees exclusively. Recognizing that the people he had been opposing were ordinary individuals — friends, family, workers seeking justice — his commitment to employee advocacy became the cornerstone of everything he does.

Education
A Multidisciplinary Academic Foundation
Noam Glick pursued an undergraduate degree in economics and environmental studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, before earning his Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan. This broad academic background shaped his analytical approach to law and policy.
He later attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of his class in 2007 — earning a full-ride scholarship and serving as editor of the Loyola Law Review.
Early Career
Policy Consulting and a Federal Clerkship
Before law school, Noam worked as an environmental policy consultant in Washington D.C., developing a sharp understanding of regulatory systems and public interest work. After graduating from Loyola, he secured a prestigious federal clerkship with the Honorable Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Noam's clerkship gave him rare insight into how federal courts operate — experience that continues to inform his litigation strategy on behalf of employees.
Defense Work
Years at the Nation's Top Law Firms
Following his clerkship, Noam spent years as an employment attorney defending large corporations at some of the most respected and prestigious law firms in the United States. He developed deep expertise in employment law from the defense side — knowledge he now turns in favor of workers.
It was during this period that a realization took hold: the people across the table were ordinary individuals who had simply fallen on hard times or had their rights violated. His decision to change sides was driven not by opportunity, but by conviction.
Founding Vision
Glick Law Group — Exclusively for Employees
In 2014, Glick founded Glick Law Group in Los Angeles with a singular focus: representing employees exclusively. He brought with him the same level of expertise, passion, and dedication he had applied in defense work — now channeled entirely into pursuing employee rights.
Glick Law Group was built on the belief that every worker deserves a skilled advocate — someone who understands how large employers and their legal teams operate, and who can match them at every step.
Values
Advocacy Rooted in Integrity
Noam has built his practice on the principle that good people sometimes need a strong voice. Whether a client is seeking basic fairness or fighting to recover what they are owed, his approach to employee advocacy remains consistent: thorough, relentless, and grounded in integrity.
That philosophy — shaped by years of policy work, elite firm experience, and a federal clerkship — defines everything Glick Law Group does for the workers it serves.
